The offer for accredited non-destructive tests, carried out by the Laboratory of Material Engineering and Environment, includes:
- identification of presence of surface and under-surface discontinuities (defects) in metal products using visual and magnetic-and-powder methods,
- assessment of manufacture quality of welded joints using visual and magnetic-and-powder methods,
- assessment of product’s surface condition and verification of marking and dimensions,
- determination of loss in diameter, ovality and deflection of rectilinearity of pins,
- measurement of thicknesses of sheets and braces,
- determination of corrosion loss of sheets and welded joints.
