The paper presents history and development prospective for the ‘Bogdanka’ Colliery as well as present condition, organizational changes and restructuring of the ‘Kopalnie Lubelskiego Zagłębia Węgla w Budowie’ Company (i.e. the ‘Bogdanka’ Colliery) within 30 years of the company existence.
