§ formaldehyde in melamine-formaldehyde products intended to come into contact with food, according to PN-EN 71-9 and PN-EN 14372 Standards,
phthalates, cadmium, lead and PAHs in packaging and plastic articles intended to come into contact with children, for conformity with 1907/2006 Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EC) (REACH),
volatile substances as well as testing the migration of bisphenol A (BPA), and mercaptobenzothiazole (MBT), antioxidants and formaldehyde, according to PN-EN 14350, PN-EN 14372 Standards,
short-chain chlorinated paraffins SCCP, for conformity with Regulation (CE) No. 850/2004,
testing the migration of certain elements, according to the Directive No. 2009/48/EC.
High qualifications and proficiency of KOMAG Laboratory specialists in the scope of global and specific migration as well as tests for conformity with Directive No. 94/62/EC are confirmed by positive results of interlaboratory comparisons.Since 2013 KOMAG Laboratory of Material Engineering and Environment has been participating regularly in interlaboratory comparisons of global migration organized by the National Institute of Public Health – National Institute of Hygiene (NIPH – NIH).
