Within the framework of the authorization and notification, granted to the KOMAG Institute of Mining Technology in the scope of conformity assessment, the Division of Attestation Tests Certifying Body conducts an assessment of
the products of group I and II of M1 and 1 category:- electric equipment,
- non-electric equipment,
- parts and sub-assemblies,
- protecting, control and adjustment apparati,
- protecting systems
- diesel engines,
- electric equipment,
- parts and sub-assemblies,
- protecting, control and adjustment apparati,
- motors of medium and low voltage.
The tests, indispensable for a confirmation of the explosion – proof make of the group I and II equipment, respectively of M1 and 1 as well as M2 and 2 categories are conducted at the KOMAG accredited laboratory (AB 665).
